Help, from someone who built it.
We are small enough that a person reads every message. Most weekdays you will hear back the same day.
Start here.
Goals and milestones
Setting up a goal, laying out milestones, choosing a cadence, and what the progress figure is actually counting.
Sharing and your Goal Team
Followers, per-person visibility, and how to change or revoke what someone can see.
The AI coach
What the coach can see, why suggestions are labelled, and how your private notes stay out of everything else.
Check-ins and getting back on track
Voice check-ins, reminders, catching up after a quiet week, and rescheduling milestones that slipped.
Plans and billing
What the free plan covers, what Premium adds, switching between them, and Enterprise.
Privacy and security
Where your data lives, what we store, exports, deletion, and how to report something.
The ones we answer most.
We send invitations in batches so we can fix what breaks before the next group arrives. You will get one email when your invitation is ready. If you have been waiting longer than feels reasonable, write to us and we will tell you where you are.
Open the goal, go to its sharing settings, and change the level for each person or for the goal as a whole. Changes apply immediately, including to things already published — revoking access removes what that person could see.
Deleted entries are recoverable for a short window from within the app. After that they are removed from active systems, and from backups on the schedule described in the Privacy Policy.
Request an export from account settings. You will get your goals, milestones, check-ins, and journal entries in a machine-readable format, sent to the email address on the account.
From account settings. Deletion removes your goals, check-ins, journal entries, and profile. Content you published into shared spaces may persist in other members' views until it clears — the Privacy Policy sets out exactly what goes and when.
What you were trying to do, what happened instead, roughly when, and which device or browser. A screenshot helps. You do not need to diagnose it for us.
Use the report control on the profile or the post, or email us directly. Reports about safety are looked at first, and we will tell you what we did.
Write to a person.
Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened instead. That is enough to get started — we will ask if we need more.
