The parts that make a goal move.

Every screen in answers one of two questions: where am I, and what do I do next? Here is how each part gets you to an answer.

Milestones

Big goals, broken into steps you can finish.

A goal you cannot start this week is not a plan yet. Milestones turn the outcome into a sequence with dates on it, and the progress figure follows the milestones you actually completed — not how you felt about the week.

Goal, with the why attached

Say the outcome, the reason it matters, the cadence you can hold, and the date you are aiming at. keeps the reason attached, so week six still knows what week one was about.

A path you can edit

Add, reorder, split, and reschedule milestones as the plan changes. Moving a date is a normal thing to do, not an admission of failure.

Progress you can explain

Progress is calculated from completed milestones and logged check-ins, so the number on the screen is one you can defend.

Check-ins

Tell the truth about the week in under a minute.

Reporting has to be faster than avoiding it. A check-in takes seconds, works from a phone, and never asks you to justify a bad week.

Your cadence

Pick the cadence that fits the goal — daily, a few times a week, weekly. reminds you on your schedule, not on a default someone else picked.

Voice notes

Record a voice note when typing is the thing standing between you and reporting at all. It is transcribed and attached to the goal.

Signals, not nagging

Missed check-ins, milestones coming due, and goals going quiet surface as signals — early enough to act on, quiet enough to ignore.

Your Goal Team

The people who should know. Only them.

Accountability fails when it is all-or-nothing — either nobody knows, or everybody does. lets you set the level per person, and change it whenever you want.

Followers

Followers see the goal, its milestones, and the progress you publish. They can react and comment. That is the whole surface.

A closer view, for the people you choose

Give one person the working detail — check-ins, blockers, the milestones you keep pushing. You send the invitation, and you end it whenever you want.

Nobody, by default

Private journal entries and coach conversations stay yours. They are never published to a feed, and they never show up in anything you share.

Every share is an explicit choice. asks who will see a post before it is published, and shows the answer on the post afterwards. Goals are private until you say otherwise — private goals never appear in the public directory.
AI coach

Direction when the next step is hard to see.

The coach is useful in one specific situation: you know the outcome, but not the next three steps. It works from the goal, the milestones, and the check-ins you have already written.

Draft the middle

Ask for a first draft of the milestones and edit it into something you would actually do. A rough plan you can fix beats a blank screen.

Kept separate

Generated suggestions are labelled as generated, and sit visibly apart from what you reported. Your record stays your record.

Only what you point it at

It reads the goal you asked about and nothing else — not your other goals, not your journal — unless you bring them into the conversation yourself.

Questions

Before you start

No. works entirely on your own: one goal, a handful of milestones, a cadence you can hold. Followers and the public directory are things you opt into when you want them, and switch off when you do not.

Nothing punitive. The goal shows as needing attention, the coach can help you reschedule the milestones that slipped, and the check-in you eventually write does not have to explain itself. Progress recalculates from the new plan, not the old one.

Yes, and that is the default. A goal is private until you publish it or invite someone to it. Private goals never appear in the public directory, in search, or in anyone else's feed.

The goal you are asking about, its milestones, its cadence, and the check-ins attached to it. It does not read your other goals unless you bring them into the conversation.

Yes. You can request an export of your goals, milestones, check-ins, and journal entries, and you can delete your account and its content from settings. See the Privacy Policy for what that removes and when.
