Every cookie and storage entry sets, what it is for, how long it lasts, and how to get rid of it.

The short version
uses a small number of cookies and browser storage entries. All of them either keep you signed in, keep the service secure, or remember a preference you set.
We do not use advertising cookies, third-party advertising trackers, or cross-site tracking pixels, and we do not sell or share data for behavioural advertising. That is also why you are not being asked to dismiss a consent banner: we do not set anything that requires one.

Analytics
We measure aggregate usage and errors so we can fix faults and decide what to build. This is limited to counts and technical metadata, is not used to build a profile of you, and is not shared with advertisers. If we ever adopt an analytics tool that requires consent, we will ask before it runs and update this page first.
How to control them
- Preferences can be cleared by clearing site data for trupath.me in your browser settings. The service keeps working; it just forgets your theme choice.
- Strictly necessary cookies cannot be turned off while you are signed in. Blocking them means you cannot stay signed in.
- Browser controls — every major browser lets you block or delete cookies per site, and offers a “Do Not Track” or global privacy signal we honour where it applies.
- Signing out ends the session cookie immediately.

Changes
If we add a cookie, this table changes before it ships. The date at the top of the page tells you when it last did.
