Yes. Three active goals, unlimited milestones and check-ins, the private journal, the community, and a full export are all on the free plan with no time limit. Most people never need more than three goals running at once.
A goal you are still working on. Completed and archived goals do not count against the three, so finishing something frees up a slot.
The ceiling comes off — unlimited active goals — and you get the full AI coach, voice check-ins with transcription, insights across all your goals, and your complete check-in history rather than the last 90 days.
You drop back to the free plan at the end of the period you have paid for. Nothing is deleted. Goals beyond the third go read-only until you finish or archive enough to get back under the limit, and you can export everything at any point.
