We review every mentor profile before it goes into the directory. It is a short process, and we will tell you either way.
Apply
Tell us your focus areas, how you work, and who you are the right mentor for. Specific beats broad — members search the directory by focus.
We review it
We check the profile for accuracy and fit, and come back to you. If something needs changing before it goes live, we say what.
Set your terms
Set your rates, your cadence, your availability, and the number of members you want. All of it is yours to change later.
Take invitations
Members find you in the directory and send the invitation. You accept the ones you want to work with.
Before you apply
Only the goals they explicitly shared with you, and only while the relationship is active. You never see their other goals, their private journal, or their conversations with the AI coach.
Yes. A mentor account includes everything a member account has for your own goals, and the two do not mix — your members cannot see your goals unless you share them like anyone else would.
Directly, on whatever terms you agree with them. does not process mentoring payments or take a percentage.
Either side can end it. The member can end it from settings at any time, and so can you. Access to shared goals ends with the relationship, and your private notes remain yours.
No formal qualification is required, and does not certify mentors. We review profiles for accuracy — if you claim a credential, we expect it to be real, and members can report profiles that misrepresent.
